Boyce College Announces Two New Master’s Degrees in Organizational Leadership and Classical Christian Education

Travis Hearne — June 24, 2026

Boyce College has announced the launch of two new graduate programs: a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Arts in Classical Christian Education. Both degrees are available fully online, require 30 credit hours, and can be completed in one year.

President R. Albert Mohler Jr. said the programs mark the next step in the continuation of Boyce College’s mission.

“The next step for Boyce College is the announcement of two graduate degrees that I think are just really important,” Mohler said. “I’m thankful for the growth of Boyce College in depth and in breadth.”

The M.A. in Organizational Leadership is designed to equip Christians for leadership across every sphere of society. Mohler said the program aims to send leaders into places where faithful believers can make a lasting difference.

“The purpose of the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership is to prepare a new generation of leaders throughout society,” Mohler said. “We want to see Christian leaders in the church, the community, the home, business, not-for-profit organizations, and in all spheres of life. We want to be very faithful in training leaders for various dimensions of society where believers can make a great deal of difference.”

The M.A. in Classical Christian Education extends Boyce’s existing undergraduate preparation for classical educators to the graduate level. Mohler described the broader recovery of classical Christian schooling as one of the most important developments in evangelical life over the past generation.

“We want not only to affirm classical Christian education, as we have with undergraduate education and preparation for teachers, but we also want to continue that up to the Master of Arts,” Mohler said. “We’re big believers in classical Christian education. We’re putting our program right where our mouth is.”

Dustin Bruce, Dean of Boyce College, said the new programs reflect a conviction that an education rooted in the Christian worldview should not stop at the undergraduate level.

“The addition of master’s programs at Boyce College represents our continuing desire to prepare Christian leaders for strategic areas of service,” Bruce said. “From the boardroom to the classroom, our desire is to see faithful Christian leaders and educators fully equipped with professional expertise undergirded by biblical truth.”

Both programs are offered entirely online. Boyce alumni are eligible for a 10 percent tuition discount.
