Scheduling: It is recommended to request a Group Visit two weeks in advance for the best accommodations; however, the more notice, the better. We can be flexible in working with your group’s schedule (day/time) in order to create a personalized visit experience for your prospective students. Each group is expected to participate in a minimum of an admissions session and campus tour. If your group is not comprised of prospective students, then please reach out to Event Productions for assistance at eventproductions@sbts.edu.
Dates: We are available to host group visits throughout the year on most weekdays, with the exception of national holidays, large campus events and/or special events. Feel free to contact admissions to check the availability of your preferred date (502-897-4201).
Size: Groups smaller than 6 are encouraged to register for our regular campus visits. We have no maximum group size limit. Groups are encouraged to have at least one chaperone per 15 students attending the visit. (Chaperones are expected to remain with the group for the entirety of the visit.) Please notify us as soon as possible if your anticipated arrival or group size changes before your visit.
Lodging: Our campus boasts a convenient and affordable on-site hotel for our guests. You can find out more about the The Legacy Center here. Hotel accommodations are available on a first-come, first-serve basis pending large campus and community events.
