The Mullins Complex

The Mullins Complex has been completely renovated to be the newest residence hall of Boyce College. The typical suite in the newly-renovated complex houses 2 – 6 occupants, and most suites include a common kitchenette and dining area, lounge and TV space, and 1-2 bathrooms. Mullins Complex Room Information

Your room will have:

  • Twin XL bed for each resident
  • Desk(s) and desk chair(s)
  • Dresser/drawer space for each resident Wardrobe(s)

Your suite will have:

  • 1-2 private restrooms**
  • Small common areas (lounge/TV area, dining area, and/or kitchen sink/shelves area)**

Your building will have:

  • Lounges/common gathering areas
  • Free laundry facilities
  • Free Wi-Fi

You will need to bring:

  • Twin XL sheets
  • Blanket/comforter
  • Pillow
  • Towels
  • Laundry detergent
  • Hangers
  • Cleaning supplies

You may bring:

  • Dorm refrigerator (no larger than 4 cubic feet) [Suggested 1 per room]
  • Small microwave (no larger than 2 cubic feet) [Only 1 per suite allowed]
  • Small coffee maker Removable adhesive strips (student will be responsible for any damages to walls caused by adhesive strips)
  • One flat-screen television with stand per suite (mounting television on wall is not allowed)
  • Desk Lamp Mirror One small bookshelf is allowed but not recommended. [only 1 per room allowed] (Because of limited space, we recommend purchasing after you have arranged your room.)

You may NOT bring:

  • Curtains
  • Candles or incense
  • Crock pots
  • Grills
  • Hot plates
  • Mattress Pets (including fish and small caged pets)
  • Rice cookers
  • Toasters
  • Toaster ovens
  • Nails or wall hanging hooks (no holes allowed in walls)
  • Furniture (other than what is provided)

Your meal plan, electricity, water, internet, and cable television are all included in the room and board charges for the semester. Lounges, free laundry facilities, community kitchens and 24-hour security are all provided for all of our dorm residents as well.
