- The next step after being accepted into Boyce College is to apply for housing.
- Submit your housing application and pay the $25 non-refundable application fee.
- You will receive a dorm offer email from us in October/April, requesting a $200 housing deposit.
- Once your housing deposit has been paid, you will receive your housing assignment and roommate/suitemate names as early as mid-July or mid-December.

Mullins Complex
The Mullins Complex was completely renovated in 2014 and houses both men and women of Boyce College. The typical suite in the complex houses 2 – 6 occupants, and most suites include a common kitchenette and dining area, lounge and TV space, and 1-2 bathrooms.

Fuller Hall
Fuller Hall is a suite style dorm with a common kitchenette and bathroom shared by 2-4 individuals. Fuller Hall was completely updated in Spring of 2018 and includes an updated lounge area on the first floor.

Room and Board fees include meal plans. All students who live in residence halls are required to participate in a meal plan. Meal plans can be used in the Dining Hall or Founders’ Café. The Dining Hall includes an entrée buffet, a made-to-order grill, a rotisserie, and a soups, salads, and subs bar. Founders’ offers a wide selection of drinks, sandwiches, wraps, and snacks and is conveniently located to serve your needs in between classes.
