The committee will review your portfolio to determine if your past teaching hours and clinical experiences meet the requirements.
IF REQUIRED: We will issue you a letter stating employment eligibility. Once you receive a validated offer of employment, you must work with the hiring district to secure a proficiency provisional certificate from the Education Professional Standards Board (EPSB).
You will have two years to complete the ELP.
Upon successful completion of the ELP, the Proficiency Administrator and committee will evaluate the ELP and confirm satisfactory completion of all components including the practicum course and clinical experience.
