Registration for Online Classes

Future Course Offerings

The class schedules (available on My.SBTS.edu and Scheduled Online Courses ) list all pertinent information about individual classes. Please pay particular attention to the comments since they will give additional information about the class. Prospective students should consult with the Admissions Office about visiting classes.

MySBTS is the web portal for students’ personal and academic information. Students can register for classes and pay their tuition at this site.

  • Sign in with student username and password.
  • Select Student Tools.
  • Complete Student Information Form if needed (required for each semester)
  • Select Registration
  • Select the term you wish to view.
  • The schedule for the term/semester you have selected will appear.

Canvas

Canvas is the web portal for our Learning Management System (LMS). Enrolled students can access this portal for syllabi, coursework and other course-related material.

  • Sign in with student username and password.
  • Current courses are shown on the User Dashboard.

If you are an on-campus student wishing to take online courses you must submit a Registration Exception Request form, you will not be able to register on the first day of class. Exceptions are made in a very limited number of cases. To submit an application for exception review and submit the following form, Boyce Online Registration Exception Request Form. *Submission of the form does not grant automatic approval nor the ability to register.

If you are a continuing Internet only student, you can register online for courses during continuing registration dates. All online courses count toward your regular semester’s maximum course load. Courses are limited, register as early as possible.

If you are an on-campus student planning to take more than half of your credits for the semester online and you meet the mileage radius requirements, you must change your location status using the Location Transfer Request Form

If you need to drop an online course after registration closes, submit the Course Withdrawal Form and notify your instructor.
